The LS engine is a smart move and very cost effective to go fuel injection. Having said that...Do NOT settle on an LS1. I highly suggest atleast LS2, preferably a LS3 or the LS7. You will be much happier with the low end torque.

I'm running the msd fuel injection now and very happy with that but it's time some motor work so I was thinking I might could sell the msd and use that money and the money I would have to use to rebuild the other motor and put it toward a ls3 but didn't know if it would be worth it. I'm going to have to have headers and the whole nine yards to go ls since I will be a total swap.
