will my existing stock shifter work with the combo im about to drop into my camaro. had a 700r4 going with 4l60e, also will my existing crossmember work?

Shifter and x member should work out the same if you had a 700 in it. I cant speak on the 2nd gen, but the 700 & 4L60 should be pretty much straight swap. You may have to adjust the shift cable, but i doubt it.
