      2006 GTO dash in a 1970 Cutlass??

Would it be insanely difficult to mount a 2006 GTO dash in a 1970 Cutlass? If anybody done this would it be difficult to achieve this? Would the steering column and the rest of the interior fit as well? Thanks for all the info. I had this ride since 2007 and I am ready to get it on the road for the summer. It will have a BBC 496 in it if it matter any. I already have the rear GTO seats also. Thanks in advance.

It's not a Cutlass build, but check out this thread and it may give you some ideas of what's needed. He did an awesome job of putting a GTO dash, rear seats and parts of the interior into a Firebird. https://www.pro-touring.com/showthre...&highlight=GTO

If you want some more ideas on putting in the rear seats, check out my build as I'm in the process of installing a set into my 68 Acadian (Nova). Not sure if the way I'm doing is right, but it seems to be working for me. Link is in my signature.

I am putting most of a 2004 GTO into my 71 Lemans convertible. I just recently documented the installation of the dash and some of the interior. Check out my build thread (link in signature below) for details, go to post 51 on page three for the start of the interior installation. Hopefully it's helpful to you. Feel free to ask my any questions.

There is a guy who can reprogram the factory GTO dash and personalize it some. You have to send the cluster to him though.

using the gto gauge cluster is difficult to install and get working correctly when using an ls engine. I would not recommend trying to use it with a bbc.

I was not going to use the gauge cluster. I was going to fabricate something to hold the digital Autometer gauges or similar. Thanks for all the replies everybody. I am about to take the lady down to bare metal this weekend actually. Fun times.

Even staying in the GTO the clusters have glitches with TSBs on them. Mine will intermittently show full hot on the water temp. Usually when started up and the egnine is completely cold.
