For the life of me I cant seem to find HID Projection 5-3/4" headlights.
I don't really care if modification is required to get them in. I just need a set of 4 HID projection headlights.
Does anyone have any idea where I can find them from?

How about retrofitting them? Check out hid planet.com.

There are a few out there...one is trying to fit BMW lights as per the roadster shops Chevelle...first bright green then black..flat black combo..it's a 70. Year one sells a kit for "off road use only" but it's only hids not projector...If you change your mind to just hids then there are lots of options from various companies
Good luck ryan

If you want projector beams without the BMW angel eye rings, I took some from a 1988 325is I used to own. The low beams are projectors. The high beams are not, but are extremely bright and made by Hella.
You can take out the assembly with the brackets and adjusters intact pretty easily. They are not hard to find on Ebay and are pretty light.

In response to Bill, I also had an 88 325iS and it was an AMAZING car. But if you're looking for legit 5 3/4" projectors, I'd advise you to avoid ebay. I got into an accident in my BMW and got replacement headlights off ebay. I couldn't adjust them at all. Up, down, left or right. I took the car for a test drive on the freeway and could barely see anything. I had to get used headlights just to be able to adjust them. So if you really want some quality lights, I'd say start with some used E30/E34 headlights, and if they do fit well, get some replacement lenses or even brand new Hella headlight units from Abraham Motorsports.
