Mocking stuff up I found that my armrest is hitting my door bar's. The bar's are just tacked in, so I'm leaning towards new bar's over narrowing the armrest. Since there is a ton of creative people on here I'd like to hear some opinions on how you would address it.

My armrests disappeared--my arms are usually busy steering, anyway. My car lacks a cruiser ethos...

I would make a new bar that curves just behind the arm rest unless there is some rule you have follow that says you can't run it like that.

No rules to me. Like you, so far I think that seems like the easiest fix.
