We here at JCG pride ourselves in being able to think outside the box and when we get into a snag we design and create something to make it work. We are always making parts for customs and are now going to start selling some of these. We make fittings for A/C, Fuel, Brakes, Oil, etc. Custom Made tanks for any application i.e. coolant, power steering, oil, fuel. So look for us to post up some different items as they become available on our store..

Beautiful work! I have a question.
I am using a '95 Astro hydroboost on my van build and would like to replace the low pressure return barb that came stock on the unit. It has a 5/16-20 thread with an o-ring seal and is a straight fitting. I can't find anything to replace it with a 90 degree fitting. I can get photo's or model up a fitting if needed. What do you think?

Thanks Brian! Here is a quick model and drawing of what I am looking for. The 5/16-24 thread is a typical -2 straight thread. and the larger -4 is a standard AN that I can use for a 90 degree fitting. Material can be steel or Stainless. The small thread I doubt would live very long in aluminum.
The fitting as I modeled it.
