I know they ain't cheap, but I've seen posts on here for about half what I've been quoted. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, Mike

The last set we ordered was at a show, that is about the best price you can get is a show speacial price! At least that has been my experience when dealing with companys we aren't dealers for!

Try Howard at Newstalgia Wheel (www.newstalgiawheel.com). Tell him Tim sent ya.

I put together a Colorado Customs group purchase 2 years ago and got 25 percent off. Thing is I think only one other person participated(we needed 10)...but they still extended the discount to us. I went with the 'Lazears' 18x12 and 18x8's.

Try putting a Group purchase together.

Those are the exact wheels (and sizes) I want. Are you happy with them?

They are beautiful...but at the time they had switched hoop vendors so the 18x12 hoops they used which they then mounted their "Lazear" style spokes to have a real slight funky ring cast all the way around just past the outter lip and then the step-up that takes away from the deep dish I was expecting. Its much easier to post pics than to describe really. Maybe they switched vendors again. I complained to them but didnt get very far. People love them. I'm just anal with these types of things...especially after dishing out so much dough (even with the discount). -chris

I live in Ft. Collins Colorado where these wheels are made and I ended up having Newstalgia order my set for me. That was the only way I was able to afford them. All the local dealers and everywhere else I tried was quite a bit higher.

when i bought mine(5 pairs),,,,,i talked to michele at colorado custom,,,,she gave me show pricing over the phone,,,also they had excess of the style i wanted,,,,,which means either cancelled orders or center pre-cut that is not already mounted in a hoop,,,i got 1-18x12 for 150 bucks and the other for 645.00,,,not bad,,also i managed to get a pair of 335/30/18 from tire rack that week for 175.00 each,,,maybe the planets were in alinement,,,i don't know,,,,but you can call and see if they still are doing that, just ask if they have extras at a reduced price that you got some from them like that before,,,,saved me alot of cash

Okay. Heather is gone (2 years according to Dennis "in the back"). He thinks best bet for a good deal is Betty "the owner's wife". We'll see....

Chris, can you email me a picture of what you are talking about to [email protected]? Thanks, Mike
