98-02 camaro brakes to S-10 spindles

Does anyone here know if a bracket exists comercially to adapt 12" 98-02 camaro brakes to modified S-10 or G-body spindles. I found this, and want to do the same thing without having to fab up the brackets.

I had the idea to do this a few years ago, this is what Baer does, & it is what is done on the Camaro 1LE. But I decided to go a simpler route. I am using 98-02 S10 2WD spindle assy. It uses a factory 2 piston caliper, & slip on rotor. It was much easier to make a bracket to mount the C5 caliper bracket to it than to cut & modify the spindle, modify a rotor to make a hub, & have a bracket made to fit between the two.
