Changed plugs, cap, rotor & wires and not will not start.

I changed plugs, cap, rotor, & the wires and now the engine will not start. I wired the cap with the correct firing order (4.3 Liter V6) 1.6.5.4.3.2,
I have spark from coil & also to plugs, I even sprayed starting fluid into the carb to see if that would do the trick. No luck
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

can we get some background info? does it have fuel pressure?

Rotor tang not making contact with the coil terminal inside the dist cap.

The van was running before I did the tune up it just hadn't had a tune up in years. I don't think there's a fuel pressure problem.
