What decent touch screen ipod control head units are out there?
I have a pioneer unit that controls the ipod, but it isn't a touch screen & is such a PITA to navigate through the songs on it. Wondering if there is anything out there with touch screen, single or double DIN, CD player is not necessary or desired. I've looked, but haven't seen much.

I have an older Kenwood DNX-5120 unit that is touch screen and has a decent iPod interface. It's Double DIN, has NAV, Sirius, and sorry, CD as well. I haven't used any other touch screens, so I can't comment on how it compares. The newer Kenwoods have a bigger touch screen.
