Hey guys, has anyone bought these? I was wondering how hard they are to bend into shape?

I guess no one has used these. Another question...Has anyone done custom bends on AC hardlines? Can you use an brake line bender or do you need a special bender?

If the bends aren't to severe you bend the #6 lines relatively easy by hand. I had VA bend the larger #8 & #10 lines as they are pretty rigid.

I have used a Hand tube bender, & a brake line bender.
I prefer to do it this way it's the best way to avoid kinks in the line, and generally the lines look better. Just have to go slow, and watch, how things are going, some times things like to stick on the aluminum line.

I bent hard lines for my truck. I bought the stainless tubing and the ends/fittings and tig welded them on after bending I bought Rigid benders for each size tubing (gotta buy more tools right). I didn't think it was bad at all to do. Just be aware the lines will sweat, depending on where they are in the system.
