Haha you're really not keen on the GW bracket are ya..f.air enough I guess. Gotta say that thing ^ looks solid!
Is it intended to run a reeealy long stock style spring or a coilover?

How good of a fabricator are you? The reason I ask is you can get the coil over bucket from TRZ suspension for their front coilover kit and then drill the hole out bigger and install tabs for the coil-over. Check out their site.

Thanks ill look into trz,and yes im pretty good. With fabrication im a machinist by trade not cnc thou

Chevelles are full frame cars like all GM a-bodies, but DSE cut the frame up firewall forward. I do not know why, but whatever those guys cut apart, I can assure they can weld is back together!

you could always graft in an X-gen clip which will have similar geometry.

I called them they said the cut the frame off because it was easy for them to work on thats all.for 140 bucks i think instead of the trz buckets i could just get tube from work and make the plate up top on the lathe...lets see!
