front inner fender question sec gen camaro

I have done a search and didnt really find what I want so here it goes. I have a rub at the top of both inner fenders when turning and going over bumps. I have Forgeline 18*8 with 4.5bs and 255/40 tires. yes the car is low but the alignment is set up with - camber as it has a aggressive street track setting.

I already have button style screws all the way around the inner fenders

My question is it possible to roll the front inner fender lip or maybe take a BFH and make some clearance? It does not hit real hard just a little tread growl. The only thing I think would get in the way might be the threads of the top screw hitting the inside of the fender. I could cut that down and only have a thread or two that holds it in place.

Any suggestion or experiance with this? new wheels are out of the question right now but just need a cheap fix for now as I will do the anvil inners and have my front re-hooped to a 9in wheel to fit a 275. Does anyone have the anvil inners? and do they really offer much more clearance?

      Thanks
