MSD coil to tach connection.

Hey guys I'm using the tach lead wire from the MSD 6AL to connect to my Fast EFI. My question is, can I connect the tach wire to the neg side of the coil like old school? The coil is a MSD blaster 3.

I recall reading on another site (Team Camaro I believe) someone writing that you have to use the tach output on the side of the MSD box because the box triggers multiple sparks per cylinder. Might be worth a quick call to MSD to verify.

From MSD you can not use the neg side when using a 6AL box.
