What steering wheel you guys using? Post some photos

Ive already changed my wheel 3 times and still have not found the one that i like.

I have installed a Momo, Sparco and a Grant from 13-13.7 inches diameter and i think i would prefer a slightly larger rim. to me it feels funny using such a small wheel on a large heavy car

I am now looking into a Moto Lita Mark 3 and Mark 4 design. Possibly even a wood one or a full leather wrap which looks nice and thick and also classic in design.

I am not interested in a billet half wrap wheel, Im just not into billet for anything on my cars these days.

i'm not a fan of the smaller wheels either. i like something in the 14-15" size. i'm currently running a lecarra mark 9 leather wrap. i ended up doing some wheeling & dealing plus a little work & got this setup free. i bought a pair of used ones with worn out/torn wraps & gm adapters. i polished & restitched new leather on & sold the one = adapters for enough to cover what i paid plus buy the correct adapter & horn setup.

      heres my rebuilt masterpiece:

I plan on using a Grant 1013 model. It's a replica of the early 2nd Gen Trans Am wheel. 14" black leather. Probably make a custom 1st gen horn button for it.

Not the best pic since I was using my cell phone but this is a Grant Banjo style steering wheel on my '87:

I'm with you on the small sizes. When I was younger I had a Grant Challenger series steering wheel and it was just way too small. Later I swapped to a stock Oldsmobile steering wheel and it was too large at over 15" or so.

The banjo wheel feels just right at 14.75" in diameter.

My personal favorite....Flaming River, 13.8" diameter, but a bit pricey (around $400)

Ok. Need to update my steering wheel selection. Sort of. Here's the wheel I just bought. It's a copy of the prototype for a 69 T/A. It's leather wrap not foam. Nice horn button. Looks great. Got it from a guy out in Cali that made it a few years ago but never used it. Used the ad shown here as a gude. Can't wait to get it installed once the car is finished.
