      What size tires on a roadrunner?

      I'm throwing some new tires on my 69 roadrunner. I'm going with 18's, should I run 245/45 fronts and 285/45 rears or 245/40 fronts and 285/35 rears? Basically should I run ess more sidewall?

      If that is all you are worried about, I would look at tire diameter and cruising RPMs. Taller tire (more side wall) will bring down the RPMs.
