I have a manual brake 70 camaro with rear drums, a local guy is parting out a 77 z28, does anyone know if the master cylinder and booster will fit my 70? Also will the gear box interchange?

To the best of my knowledge, the booster is the same from 70-77, so you should be good there. As for the master cylinder, the '77 is a 1-1/8" bore disc/drum unit as well, so you should be fine there. I believe they used the same 1-1/8" bore unit from 1970-1980 IIRC.

As for the gearbox, I don't know, although it might help if you specified whether it's a manual or power steering gear. There were two ratios to choose from, maybe somebody a little more familiar with the second gens with chime in.

Gear box-depends some early ones had a coarse spline input shaft and later a 26 spline finer spline so clutch disc is different. Some Muncies had the same output shaft as a TH 350 M22 and some of the ST-10 in later ones had the same larger one as TH 400s. 77 is probably a ST-10 vs a Muncie and shifter linkage is differenet mainly the reverse linkage.

Tobin is right, 1970-80 booster & master cylinder interchange, only 81 is different with its aluminum master cylinder.

Steering boxes interchange as well, with 80-81 having o-ring fittings instead of flare fittings (power steering), but easy enough to work around.

Steering box intermediate shafts change to metric around 79 for sure 81 also so different rag joint due to splines on the box. I think my 79 used the same splines as a later IROC box so may 78 and earlier for the box. They don't sell a new rag joint for the later boxes just a repair kit from what I remember on my 81. 79 I went Borgeson U joints and shaft.
