peices of eight...

Hi guys, I need some help with these brakes. I recently traded some work for these 2011 camaro 14" brembo brakes (front and back) and would like to fit them to my 70 camaro. I have 18 x 8" riddler wheels ( look like the ttll'S), my worry is the hat on the rotors, they look too shallow and would bring the calliper too close to the spokes and 14" rotor looks like it might fit with maybe a 1/4 to an 1/8 to spare ( by eye ). My Questions are :
1. How can I make an accurate template for the needed cercumfrance of the rotor and caliper?
2. I need to come up with a mount for the calipers front and back, how thick should it be to prevent deflection ?
3. If I need a spacer how much is too much? ie. shear strenght of studs, wheel clearance to fender ?
4. If I the wheel does fit over the brakes, will the minor clearances that I have affect cooling and brake fade ?
5. I'm in Canada, everyone I talk to seems to be in the US, not all products are sold here.
I'm sure this is something someone has done and I read alot of forms, but the answers have escaped me, I'd really appreciate any help I could get.
Thanks, Hans
