I have the Dynalight brakes on the rear of my 1968 Dodge charger, and it seems that when I tighten the rim onto the hub/disc it causes the disc to not sit flush on to the axle and the wheel binds up, but when I loosen the lugs nuts it spins free, I know the rear Disc/hub can only go on one way, but I can't tell why it is wobbeling, the lug studs are new on both sides, I am at a loss here. Help please

Can anyone help, or give some advice before I start Grinding

Are you sure that the wheels are not hitting the caliper? Are the wheels new and straight? I would say that you should tighten the lug nuts on without the wheel and see if anything happens. If you think that the rotors are not sitting flush, you can take them off and check the mating surfaces for rust or corrosion and also have the rotors checked for straightness. Any auto parts place that turns rotors can do that for you

I got it fixed, it was two issues, 1. the shoulders on the lugs hit on rotor holes, just needed a little de-burring, and the Caliper needed larger spacers to put in the correct alignment, now it rotates awesome, this is just one of the fixes I had to do since I got it home from the Shop that did the work on it.
