I'm having trouble w/ all my brakes dragging! I'm running a Late 60s Corvette master cylinder, Factory power brake booster, 4 wheel disc brake porportion valve w/ a wilwood adjustable valve for the rear brakes, Ford Explorer Rear Disc setup on my 9in rear and B-body spindles w/ 12in rotors and wilwood calipers!! That was a mouthful!! The brake pedal is very touchy!! Could it be that everything was new? It was kinda tight to install all calipers loaded w/ pads!
Suggestions? Did I use something wrong?

Typically the booster pushrod needs adjustment with problems like that. I'd crack one of the front bleeders open to see if any fluid comes out and releases the rotor.

if so, is it the booster push between the master n booster or between the booster n pedal? I think its the master n booster, thanks!!

I would check to make sure there is no pre load on the master. If you adjusted your brake pedal to attach to the booster rod then your brakes may be constantly "on" causing the dragging feel, which when driven long enough will lock up. You want to make sure the the brake pedal hangs freely, then adjust the clevis/rod to attach to the pedal.

Define what you mean by "dragging." Are you saying that when you jack up the front and turn the wheels by hand you hear the disk rubbing against the pads? All disk brakes do that to some extent.
