We just installed a 12.19" disc brake kit on my 68 camaro. I have a grinding noise after only 5 miles. The front drivers side rotor is really rough now compared to the rest of the rotors. And it's only the outside pad too. What would cause this condition? Its a power brake car with a wildwood master on the booster. Everything is new including the lines. Not sure what to do know!!! Hope somebody can give me some advice.
Thanks, Erik

Is the caliper properly centered over the rotor? Pads installed correctly? It's amazing how much noise a pad will make if installed backwards with the backing plate against the rotor. Is the rotor "roughness" on both sides or only one? If one, inside or outside surface. Any other brake related issue with respect to pedal height, feel, modulation? You're not giving us a lot to work with, so pictures might really help narrow down some of the possibilities here without additional details.
