Rosin core solder? yes or no?

I bought some rosin core solder to use on my wiring, but wanted to make sure it's okay to use.

If not, I'll take it back on hunt down some 60/40 lead/tin solder.

Rosen core is what you want for electrical wiring.

I wanted to make sure, as I knew I didn't want acid core, that rosin core wansn't another name for acid core.

      Thanks!

Waiting on some terminals and wire from Terminal Supply Co and I'm ready to go.

Car should be running in a week or so, parts arrival and OT at work depending...

I was just using rosin core last night. I think it is 40%lead and 60% tin. Something like that. Works great. Mabey other way around but you get the point.
