What type of application are you putting this behind? The 4L70E is a good transmission, as you already have the benifit of having 5 pinion front and rear planets, bearing sytle reaction hub and a few other good parts. You really just need a good converter, quality clutches, reinforced sleeve in the input drum, upgraded pump rotor & pressure regulator system, recalibrate the valve body, updated sun shell, wide band & a quality controller. Depending on what type of torque your motor is producing you may not have to do all of these upgrades, but these are the typical and common options. Any quality & trusted transmission shop should know these listed items. I would be more than happy to guide you through the process of what parts need to be upgraded and help confirm if you find the correct shop in your area. If you can not find someone, then we would be more than happy to try and work with you on your budget to get the best package we can for your money.
