which size will work?

I found the rims I’d like to put on my 1980 Trans Am, they are the Boss 338’s I found an auction on Ebay for (2) 17 x 8 on the front and (2) 18 x 8 for the rear, is this a good set up or should I go for the set of 4 rims the same size? If I do go with 17 front and 18 on the rear, what tire sizes would you recommend to keep it looking balanced? I’m leaning towards the 2 different sizes just because these will also fit my 2002 S10 pickup and I planned to run them on there until the car is painted.
