Covan Thunder Road Chevelle Sweep
Has anyone installed the Covan Thunder Road Dash? Recently bought but thought there might be some decent instructions on cuts etc. Any suggestions, recommendations from those of you that have done it before?

I put a Covans carbon fiber (looking) dash in my 70 Chevelle. It took a lot of cutting filing to make it fit the way I wanted.
I found a die grinder with a rotary file to work great for trimming.Tim Tracy

When I purchased mine (2 years sgo) there was a paper diagram to lay out on the dash to show where to make the cuts. Helped a lot for the initial cuts but then had to modifiy a little. I believe when I did mine I followed a pretty detailed thread on team chevelle.
