Best brake rotors?? -- C5 front LS rear

I have a 72 Camaro with a 377/6spd setup. It's an agressive street car that I want to track and autocross this year. Right now I have the factory C5 crossdrilled and slotted front disc with factory brake pads and in the rear I have noting special rotors with cheap pads that I threw on to get the car driving. They work on the street right now but definatley not the best. I'm looking to possibly track the car soon and know I'll burn them up. I was thinking to get a autocross/track/agressive street brake setup together. Best case would be something I could run all the time (I'm a newbie on the track) but swapping between 2 setups is a possibility too. I searched a long time and found brake pad recomendations but nothing much on rotors. I'm thinking to use either the HP+ or Yellow Stuff pads and am thinking to pick up a full set of the EBC slotted rotors. Can anyone advise if this is the best setup for the money or if I should look into other manufacturers for both pads and rotors?
