repairing silicone bead on fikse wheels

bought a set of fikse wheels from a member on here, when i had tires installed i took home and mounted on my car only to realize one was almost flat, brought back to discount tire and put it in the tank, the entire face of wheel was leaking so i had them dismount it. inspected and found a very small nic in the silicone bead along with a little gouge on the wheel itself, manager of discount tire said it would not have been his guys as they use a wheel machine and not "bars", so regardless i need fixed. can i just fill the little nic with silicone, wait for it to dry, then apply a bead around existing silicone? and if so what should i use as a cleaner to remove dirt/oil from wheel? any info would be greatly appreciated
