      67 mustang wheel advice

Hey everyone. Well I am new to this forum site and I'm loving all the builds on here. I've got a 67 stang that I would like to use fr500's 17's all around. I have seen the other stang guys using these and I love the way they look. I plan on taking my car to the track during the weekends so will I have. To do any mods to fit these....or what is the best route advice. I have heard that running spacers is a no go if I will be doing any aggresive driving(this is what I heard)...so my question is....is the fr500 a good choice wheel for a classic stang. Any input would help. I am also running 13" cobra rotors up front. Thanks.

I think you can order these with the back spacing you need so that you don't have to run a spacer. If not, there are a few other wheels out there just like these that you can order to your specs.

Thanks DJ. Do you happen to know what's the most backspacing I can run in the front and rear. As of right now I am using stock front and rear suspension

17x8 up front, and 17x9.5 in the back seems to be the popular fit, 4.75" front, and 5.75" rear. Double check my numbers, but that's what I've seen done in the past on that year mustang, but its been awhile since we've done a stocker.
