I've been looking everywhere for a sealed multi-pin bulkhead connector to feed all my wires thru my firewall and can't find crap. There are some out there but they don't work for my application. I need at-least one pin/position/line/whatever you want to call it rated for at-least 70 amps then about 3 or 4 for 40 amps and the rest it doesn't matter. Probably need 30-50 lines in all. I don't have a problem using more than one connector if need be but I just can't find a connector to handle these amps.
Does anyone know if there is something like this on the market and I'm just blind?
If you could help me out I will paypal you beer lol

It's the high amperage requirements that's making this so difficult. You might consider 3 separate connectors: a battery connection passthrough for the 70A, a Metri-Pack 30 pin bulkhead for the other high amperage outputs, and then a Molex 31 or 14 conductor bulkhead for all the rest (rated at 13A per circuit).

I have to agree, finding a multi-pin, 70 amp connector will be tough. Are you trying to handle a surge condition or steady current of 70 amps That is a lot of power. You may want to separate the 70 amp from the others. Both Molex and Delphi have connectors that will handle the mix sizes for 15, 30 and 40+ amp pins.

Using a separate connector in the way you described has been in the back of my mind, just hoping there was something cool out there that combined both. Thanks for the insight guys, I'll post up what I end up doing for sure, thinking of making something custom possibly.

You will probably be happier in the long run by using a separate 70A bulkhead. The wire size needed for that is not going to be easy to route, and if service is ever needed it's going to be a pain to deal with when all the other wires are entangled in the harness as well.
