Has anyone tried to install a modern electrochromic rear view mirror in a 1969 Camaro. They're the kind of mirror that responds to bright lights and automatically dim. I believe they're normally mounted to the windshield, but I'm wondering what to do with the old mounting location. I'd like to mount in the original location if possible, but will need to modify the mount and still provide a place for the sun visor to clip in.
