Billet Engine/Trunk light

I found a really neat billet aluminum LED gravity light that can fit in the engine bay, trunk or where ever else you can think of on Ebay. I received it the other day. It's a really well made piece and the guy selling them is a car guy, of course. I just thought I would pass these along. I am not trying to solicit sales, nor am I affiliated with the seller in any way. I just think they are great pieces and would go well with a lot of others builds. Good find makoshark,
I bought one and it's awesome. The guy who makes them is coming out with a new, more compact one with more lights.
Here's a picture of the old model that I bought last year but just put in. Very nice piece.
It has an on/off switch and a mercury switch to shut it off when you close the hood.

Indeed they are some really trick pieces. I bought 3 of them, but am still restoring my car so have not used them yet. He's coming out with some new one's huh? I'll have to check them out. How do you like the brightness of this one?

It lights the engine comp really well.
I can work on the engine without turning the garage light on.
I can't wait to see the brighter one.

Hi Guy's,
I just got an e-mail from Dale.
Here is a picture of the new design.
The factory is starting on them this week and he should have the cases back from anodizing in a couple of weeks. I will post more when I know more.

Here you go guy's, these lights are now available.
I have the first version under my hood. It gives off good light.
Dale changed the design and made it brighter. Just bought one for my trunk.

I'm glad to see so many have found interest in this product. I found these searching through Ebay accidently and ordered several of them for my car. Dale is a great guy to work with and makes an excellent product. I love the one's I purchased from him and they are still sitting in their box yet to be installed on my build.
