I'm about the to put my ls2 in. Its only got 15k miles on it but since I'm putting headers on it I would rather replace them now. Any suggestions?

stick with delcos.

The aftermarket's spark is usually a higher temp. While on paper it may sound good, if you are running a stock ECM, it can cause all kinds of havoc.

Ngk

I usually run NGKs or OE. I pulled the GM plugs out of my 02 olds OHC 3.6 the other day..co-branded gm/ngk.

I already put the ac delcos in it. I was surprised they were over $7 a piece. I'm guessing te NGKs would have been cheaper but at this point it doesn't matter. Once I drive the wheels off it and need to change the plugs I'll try some NGKs.

My AC Delco's are Dual Branded NGK/Delco too on the pug itself. They came out of a Delco Box.

I personaly like to run Accel, they have always been dependable. Here is a good article on spark plug facts. http://www.carcraft.com/techarticles/spark_plugs_tips/index.html

The best? Pulstar. Its the only plug ive ever seen that increases horsepower over NGK or AC Delco plugs. They cost $120 for a set, but they work.
