Does anybody know where I can get a pushrod extension to go between my booster and manual Corvette master with the deep hole? (that didn't sound right...)

The Summit Vette 1 1/8 " one has an insert for using it in a power booster. Not sure if you cna buy the insert by itself.

just make one. Thread the end of the booster rod with a die, then use either some allthread or a pushrod from the engine valvetrain for the extension.

Or just search for one that's longer from another vehicle. You can always enlarge the hole at the pedal end if you need to.

Dont thread the booster....its not necessary. All you need to do is put a slug in your manual MC piston to make up the difference. Once assembled it can't go anywhere. this is the way some aftermarket master cylinders ship, for manual remove slug and for power leave it in.

Keep in my mind you need .020" to .025" clearance between the booster pushrod and the piston (or slug). Too tight and the brakes may drag and too loose equals excessive pedal travel.

I know that SSBC makes a whole kit to make your own pushrod...I had to do this when I was messing with my booster.

Ended up making my own. Thanks.
