I'm looking for a junkyard pickup on converting my rear drums to disk. 8.5 rear end. What cars can i get them off of? I heard 77-79 Cadillac?

93-02 F body, S series trucks from around that time, 94-96 B body (different wheel bolt pattern and hub diameter, but i think LS1 F body rotors will work)- pretty much any rwd GM car and S series truck that had rear disc brakes except for 82-92 F body (only came on the 9 bolt rear axle with a different flange bolt pattern) and Corvettes (adapters are available..).
