QA1 coilover kit

I saw this kit at Summit (HAL-GMP14 $456.95) that will fit my 68 Camaro. Will this allow me to drop my front suspension 1-2" without making the ride too harsh for street use? I also plan to get the new ATS spindle when they become available.

I used that kit on my 69' and it dropped the front end quite a bit. as for ride comfort...she won't be hitting the street for another few months.
