need wheel help

My father is looking to get new wheels and tires for his 34 ford. He needs a rear wheel 18x(15-16) with 5.5 backspacing, and a front wheel 15x7. He knows the style of wheel just hard finding someone who can make it that big. Here is a picture of a style he wants, 5 rounded spoke style and definitely chrome finish. Any help or a point in a direction is appreciated, thanks. Joe
