Anyone know of any sales/discounts on Vintage Air kits?

I am looking for a Gen IV vintage air kit for my 69 camaro project. The car did not originally come with AC. I am also doing an LS2 swap with the stock accessory drive and believe I need a VA relocation bracket. If anyone knows of any sales or discounts from Forum sponsors, please let me know. Thank you!

I also need a GENIV system with horizontal billet 3 knob controller, in line billet pass through (firewall plate), and without compressor. This is for my 68' 496 / T56 Camaro. This was originally not an AC car.

      So that's 2 systems........

From what I have seen the price varies very little from dealer to dealer.

What can you guys at Prodigy do for AC in a LS2'd '71 Malibu? The website doesn't show much.

That may be the case for standard systems but if you need something custom with your system I don't think anyone has the product knowledge and contacts at VA to get it done better or for lower cost than Frank.

No problem on the CHevelle. I need to add them to the website. It is a not enough hours in the day thing. You can call me to discuss your options. The LS2 is easy for us.

Actually Matts Classic Bowties gave me the best price of anyone, anywhere, and it was substantial.
I did a custom install and called VA First with questions and parts lists before I ever put the order in. Nothing like talking to the factory to get the straight scoop.

Your best bet if your looking for the most competitive price is to go on ebay. I saved 135 off retail for a GEN IV kit for a first gen camaro. Got a good deal on the bulkhead and extended hoses for a smoothed firewall too.

I always try to buy off of one of the supporting vendors for this site whenever possible. Not much free advice or support from ebay dealers, not to mention trying to return something.

I completely agree with supporting the sponsors. However, don't count the ebay vendors out though. Most are registered dealers which provide the same level of service and expertise as you will find on any of the forums.
