4l65 linkage

I've got a 4l65 out of a 2003 Denali. It has the big honking plastic reverse lockout/neautral safety switch on the side. I can't figure out who makes shifter linkage that is going to work around that situation or if I have to use some kind of electronic shifter. I'm new to the 4l60. Any help would be appreciated.
