Which one do you guys prefer and why? Just trying to see if the DSE box is worth the extra money. I'll add the hotchkis steering kit with it. Thanks guys!

DSE sells the 600 steering gear, which is good, but for the money you can get the 670 steering box which is better. The IROC box is cool if youre on a budget, but if you can afford it the 670 is better, and you can get it for a little under $500.

What's the difference between the 600 and 670? With the 670, what brand do you recommend and where can you get them at? Thanks!

Just thinking...for the price of the steering box and the hotchkis steering rebuild kit, is it better just to go with a power unisteer rack and pinion?

You can buy them directly from Lee, or get a Lee box from SC&C, ATS, or any number of vendors on here. The 670 Box is a variant of a NASCAR box, in a lighter case, it has a better feel than a rack + pinion IMO. You can also get a GM Type II power steering pump and lines if you want to complete the setup.

No.
