4649946503465004650146502OK never done this work before, boy did I learn allot. Front seats where easy the rear seat had to be expanded by 10". Then started the center console this was not easy. all turned out ok, however, the piece I used to hold the gauge cracked so I have to make a new one. Maybe carbon fiber next time?
Just need to add the cup holders and a few marker lights. Thought I would share. Next comes the doors and back panels :)

OK tell us more about how you applied the vinyl. Looking really GREAT!. I have done some reading about applying the vinyl, but need some real world feedback. What kind? Heat? Glue? Need info!
Good job man.

Good job man.
I used MDF, after making the design with cardboard. Before applying the vinyl I used a foam called headliner foam. It is very thin but gives you enough feel. I used a spray contact cement and make sure you have a heat gun (on low). Also, make sure you put a very small rounded edge on all the edges. I used an indoor outdoor carpet on the sides it is very thin.
You need to take your time. I found working from the middle out, works best for me. I also stapled it along the way even with the glue.
I'm going to start the door panels soon :)
Took first place at the show this weekend :1st:
Hope that helps John

Seats came out of a 4th gen trans am. Not hard at all need to modify the bracket but not much. Eye level works great I'm 6' 1" and I still have room to bring the seats down further.
