I have a 1965 mustang with 4 wheel drums. I'm looking into doing the scarebird disc brake swap and was wondering if anybody had used there brackets before and how they felt about it?

I used the Scarebird system on my 64 Pontiac and it was one of the best mods I ever did to my car...

The only trouble is, you will be using factory parts that work extremely well and are low priced.. So your not going to be part of the high priced "in" crowd click.

I used his brackets on my '67 Firebird and my father in law decided to run them on his '69 Firebird convertible.

As stated by pitts64, they are functional not high end.
Parts are cheap and readily available. That's why we went with them. I never had a problem with anything. we both kept our rear drums and even thought my father in law is a "cruiser" kinda guy, I atuocrossed a handful of times. They work as well as any stock setup, in my opinion.
I am just now upgrading to some KORE3 stuff after years of using Scarebird stuff.
