Hello PT!
New to the forum,

Any help selecting a master appropriate for a 67 B Body (Canadian Pontiac) appreciated.

Big car.
Originally Drum/Drum
Will have C3 fronts with Wilwood D8-4's
Drum rears.

Have had suggested to me that SSBC's 1 1/8 Universal Disc/Drum 0400-A master would work. I've heard that the 0400-A is really just a NAPA part.

Any suggestions on a good master choice, and how best to approach my front/rear bias control?

Cheers and thanks, Mark

Manual or power brakes? If power, vacuum assist or hydro? If vacuum assist, what size booster?

Thanks for the reply Tobin,

Power brakes, vacuum assist, 11" booster.

I've formed somewhat a plan so far, From another project, I already have a new C3 Corvette 1 1/8 bore master, a Wilwood 10 lb residual valve and a SSBC adjustable proportioning valve. Just today I found out that it would be possible to run that disc/disc master... As long as I use a 10lb residual valve for the drum side.
So from the master rear port to the residual, then on to the proportioning and down to the distribution block and out to the rears.

Will it work? Or is there a better way?

Cheers, Mark
