Anyone know what is involved in making this work? Can I use the C5 bracket, alt & PS pump alone, or do I need to change the Trailblazer waterpump to the Vette pump too? How about the crank pulley?

Yeah I was going to change from TB SS setup to the C5 setup. Afraid the Alt won't clear the hood with the TB SS setup. And C5 looks better. But I will wait until I know for sure.

If you are wanting to use the C5 brackets and PS pump/Alternator, you should be able to space them out to fit with the trailblazer Water pump and crank pulley. The truck stuff is further away from the block the vette stuff. ANother thing to think about is the water pump hose location come out at different angles between the different pumps. Have you looked over at LS1tech.com in the hybrids section? Alot of info over there.

Scot:
I used the Vette accessory drive package on my LS3 Monte with CTS-v oil pan and ac. The fitment was good...had to notch the frame and crossmember rails clearance for the ac compressor and also the ac lines...can send pics if necessary. Do you intend to run ac? If so, get a Pontiac or Buick G-body condenser coil....the outlets are on passenger side of car as opposed to Monte w/ outlets on driver's side.
Can't help w/ spacing the Vette acc package out for VVT, but attached are helpful links w/ dimensions for both the Vette and your existing truck acc package.... Mast is the only supplier I know of that supports VVT.

I didn't go with the motor with the VVT, so I don't have to mess with that. I got an 6.0L LS2. I am thinking I might try to find a C5 bracket, alt & PS pump & space them out to work with the stock LS2 crank & waterpump. Then make a bracket for the AC to mount it up high passenger side like the Kwik Performance bracket does.
