I just ordered a Vintage Air system for my 70 Camaro.
I already have March brackets and pullies for the alt. ps pump.
Any suggestions for the a/c comp bracket(drivers side mount)?
Unless I'm missing it, March does not offer it.
Thanks for any help.

They do. What kit number do you have?

It's the Ultra brackets with V-groove pullies.

Thats the ticket. Thanks.
Now I just have to swap all the other pullies for serpentine ones.
Thanks again.

If I run the Vintage Air brackets and keep the V-groove pulley's do I need to install an idler pulley?
I ordered the Vintage air kit from Prodigy Customs.
I have a read a lot of good things about them on these forums.
Thanks again for any help.

As long as you have a way to keep tension on the belt, I don't believe you need the idler pulley.

I haven't recieved the VA unit yet. Should be here next week.
So I'm not sure how much of the belt will be in contact with the ps pump.
Just trying to think ahead.
