solid body mount torque specs on 2nd gen bird?

Have a set of the Competition Engineering aluminum body mount bushings I'm getting ready to install on my 73 trans am. Question is...does anyone know what to torque them to? I searched but not having a lot of luck. I have heard between 75-85 as factory spec with the original rubber/steel bushings, and someone mentioned torqueing higher than that with the aluminum ones.....
