Hello PT,
PTS started advertising on Pro Touring in December 2010. We have carefully chosen product lines that we feel that have a good reputation in the Aftermarket. As of January 2011 we decided to retain the talent of Carter Hickman to produce our Logo, and our Website. The website effort before Carter was highly unsatisfactory to say the least. Anyways I believe we will have outstanding easy to navigate website with alot of detail and the cool factor to go along with it.
Now for the most important part. PTS has structured itself to be a very customer service oriented, and competitive business, and by that we have made our commitment to the customer#1. We are not just order takers but a small group of guys who truly have a passion for how we conduct business before, during, and after the sell. Also PTS will never bash our competition, make improper comments, and never solicit on a competitors thread.
