C5 wheels on a 71 chevelle?

Has anybody run these they are 17"front and 18"rear chrome 5 spoke style

I like them and realize to use them I would need to use adapters
Is there any problems running a 2inch adapter thats what I think I would need to use for the rears at least?

Im using C4 13"front disks and LS1 12"rear disks
B-body spindle 2"drop

Street driven
If I was to try out autocrossing would adapters be a problem?

You will need a 2 inch adapters for the rear for sure. Not sure about the front with the b-body spindle. As long as the adapters are well built I don't think auto crossing will be a problem.

2" adapters front and rear. So you will have a total of 40 wheel studs and nuts. This is my car

18x9.5 reproductions front, 17x9.5 oem rear(Had drag radials on the car at this time) I was also using the 18x10.5 oem rears with drag radials. Always needed a set of drag radials to go play with. I ran the 18x9.5 on the front as that is the min with the z06 brakes.

The rears I cut the lip out, I'd suggest 1.75ish in the back to maintain the lip. The fronts are rolled because I have no inner fenders(plastic liners fell apart). I'd also narrow them up a bit. I like my wheels to be on the very outer edge of the body line, yet still tuck. Its an issue with inner fenders haha

If I can figure out how to post pix I'll share my experienced w/ 18x8 Coys on my 72 Chevelle w/2" drop spindles. I wish I went with 7" or possibly 17x7 in the front. I love the stance but they rub. I would like a set of Coil overs but they are costly.

to be honest, Bought them off of ebay. Adapters I had made locally as I had mine made hub-centric instead of lug-centric. Either way works. Ebay will be lug-centric.
