I have an just installed a new AGR steering box and pump with all new lines.
Bled everything per AGR instructions.
The pump is working and no noises or bubbles and a full stream coming back from the return line.
Everything seems fine except I have no power steering at all.
Any ideas on what could be wrong?

AGR thinks the flow control valve in the pump is in upside down.. We'll see in a couple of days.

I put in a new AGR pump and it only works when cold. As soon as it warms up I have manual steering. My brother bought one at autozone and his works great. I had mine all tore apart to check the flow valve and it was fine.

Took the pump apart and found the problem, the pump was full of sandblast sand. No fault of AGR, it was from when the tank was powercoated.
Got a pump from AutoZone and everything is fine now.
