Was wanting to know if anyone knew of a company making 17" or 18" rims that were used on the General Lee, like the American Racing Vector rims... or any look a likes?

Wheel Ninja! Hiiyaaa, HA!
Check out the Extreme Lee owned by Kenny Wayne Sheperd, I think those were custom-made. but I am sure it will give you some ideas:

Although, I think these Rushforth Rated X would look right at home with a few highlights in black, leaving the spokes polished:

We made those wheels for Kenny Wayne back when I still worked at Budnik (a long time ago) so you may call Budnik, and see if they can help you. Otherwise, try EVOD wheels for the one-off. $$$

You can also try http://www.hydynemotorsport.com/. They do one-off wheels. I already connected with them about doing an 18/19 modern Vector and may still down the road. Price is very reasonable for a one-off wheel.
