What is the biggest 18inch wheel and tire I can run with the BMR Torque Arm Kit and DSE tubs! Can I use a 18x12 and a 335

If you are running the 9" rear with our kit you can easily run a 335 tire. The 9" has the control arm mounts moved inboard so the control arms do not limit tire width as much. The 10 and 12 bolt applications are bound by the leaf spring perch location. This basically dictates where the control arm is and limits deeper wheel offsets...

Would I have to miini tub still? with a 315?

With the right wheel offset a 315 will fit the 2nd gen wheelwell but you can't run it super low. If you put the 315 on a 10 or 10.5" wide wheel instead of an 11", it helps a little also.

I just finished installing this exact setup from BMR (9in kit and DSE tubs), there is a ton of room(14+ inches from DSE tub to the edge of the fender. If the the tire is going to rub anywhere it will be the DSE tubs first.

Brett, I can't begin to tell you how impressive this kit is, the 9in housing is a work of art. The install was VERY easy, my son and I did it in 6 hours this past Saturday. I can't wait to get it out and drive it!!!

Did you get the exhaust installed yet? This kit looks very nice and is now at the top of my list for rear suspension upgrade. I worried about the exhaust though. Is an x-pipe even possible now? What about 3" pipes?

70Camaro406, I haven't put the exhaust back on yet, from the quick inspection it looks like my 3in pipes with crossover will go back in ok. My exhaust dumps in front of the axle. Not sure about the X pipe but a H pipe will work.

Thanks. I was thinking an oval exhaust from Dr Gas might be needed. Does it look like an exhaust can exit out the rear? Or are you forced to use the turn downs?
